- any other business purpose as is deemed reasonably necessary by us. We may state a more specific purpose at the point we collect your Personal Information.
To whom do we disclose your Personal Information?
We may disclose Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to:
- our employees;
- third party suppliers and service providers to whom we contract out specialised functions (including pay-roll companies, travel agents and any third party contractors engaged to assist with an event or Fellowship);

Some of our promotional material that may include photographs and other Personal Information about Fellowship recipients and audiences at our and other events may be made available to the public, including on the internet and outside Australia. You acknowledge that by giving consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information to the overseas recipients, we will not have an obligation under Australian Privacy Law to ensure that overseas recipients handle that Personal Information in compliance with Australian Privacy Law. However, where practicable in the circumstances we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients of your Personal Information only use and disclose such information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Some Personal Information and Sensitive Information may be stored on secure servers located outside Australia.
