Heather is a Program Services Officer at Film Victoria. She was previously the Program Manager for the NMF Brilliant Careers Leadership Program. She joined the NMF as an intern in July 2013, before joining the National Management Committee in November 2013.
She completed her Masters in Arts and Cultural Management (Moving Image specialisation) at the University of Melbourne in December 2014. She has previously worked on the VCE Season of Excellence at the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), a five-month arts festival showcasing the works of current VCE students. Heather has worked and volunteered for numerous film festivals over the past few years including the Human Rights Arts & Film Festival (HRAFF) and the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF).
